Code of Ethics
Rocheston code of ethics strives in advancing standards of excellence and enhancing customer confidence. The mission of accreditation is to develop a culture, where businesses meet the optimum standards of creating and delivering customer satisfaction.
For accreditation from Rocheston Accreditation Institute, a member agrees and asserts the following standards:
Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information of the organization, its members, board of directors, stakeholders and employees.
Embrace and appreciate a culture of diversity and inclusivity.
Effectively manage the organization’s practices and resources.
The business/profession should adhere to the organization’s mission and vision.
The business, professional or individual should be free from any illegal activities or government action.
License and bonding requirements should be fulfilled periodically upon receiving accreditation from Rocheston.
Cooperation with RAI’s business activities and encouraging self-regulation in the industry.
Timely completion of the mandatory application along with the payment.
Provide Rocheston the required information and documents, for complying with RAI standards.
Disclosure of information to customers (business return/refund policy, restrictions, terms of written contract, transactions, tax and shipping charges).
Share information in a reliable manner to the consumers.
Communicate effectively based on the established policies.
Adopt the best practices in the industry and achieve RAI standards in relation to the business/profession it serves.
Stay motivated in achieving its mission with efficiency, to ensure benefit to stakeholders.
Publicize program relevance to consumers and the public.
Maintaining the highest business standards with trustworthiness, quality delivery and commitment to meet the needs of the consumers and public.
