Welcome to the Zelfire Terminal. This environment is the exclusive execution vessel for ZelC playbooks. The ZelC Compiler (ZCC) is integrated directly into the shell to ensure agentic safety and real-time kinetic response.

Runtime Note: ZelC operates on a "Read-Only by Default" logic. No system state is altered until an explicit do block is validated by the compiler's safety gate.
