Ownership of the Zelfire Brand and "Zel" Prefix
Zelfire is the exclusive registered trademark and brand of Rocheston, a company incorporated in the United States of America.

Exclusive Ownership of the "Zel" Prefix
In addition to the specific product marks listed above, Rocheston claims exclusive, worldwide ownership of the "Zel" prefix as a product family identifier across all cybersecurity, information security, information technology, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, compliance, and enterprise software categories.
This means that any name combining the prefix "Zel" with any word, term, suffix, or identifier — whether currently in use by Rocheston or not — is considered proprietary to Rocheston when used in connection with technology, security, or related industries. Rocheston actively develops new products under the "Zel" prefix, and the absence of a specific name from the table above does not indicate that Rocheston has abandoned, waived, or failed to claim rights over that name.
Rocheston has used the "Zel" prefix continuously and exclusively in commerce since 2024 and maintains a growing portfolio of products, platforms, and services under this prefix. This continuous, prominent, and exclusive use establishes priority of rights over any party that may later attempt to adopt a confusingly similar mark.
Any third party that adopts, registers, markets, or uses a product name, brand name, domain name, or service mark combining the "Zel" prefix with any cybersecurity or technology-related term will be treated as an infringer. Rocheston will pursue immediate legal action including cease-and-desist demands, trademark opposition, UDRP domain dispute proceedings, and litigation for trademark infringement, unfair competition, passing off, and damages — in every applicable jurisdiction, to the fullest extent of the law.

These protections extend to all forms of use, including product names, domain names, social media accounts, mobile application names, marketing materials, advertising, trade dress, packaging, logos, and any digital or physical representation that incorporates the Zelfire brand or the "Zel" prefix.
Rocheston also claims common law trademark rights in all jurisdictions that recognize such rights, in addition to any statutory registrations. The company's continuous, exclusive, and prominent use of the "Zel" prefix in commerce since 2024 establishes priority of use over any later adopter.
Confusingly Similar Marks
Rocheston will oppose and take action against any mark, name, or brand that is confusingly similar to the Zelfire family of marks. This includes, without limitation:
- Any name that begins with "Zel" followed by any cybersecurity, IT, security, or technology-related term

Trade Dress and Visual Identity
The Rocheston Zelfire visual identity — including its distinctive color palette, UI design language, gradient treatments, typography, iconography, layout patterns, and overall look and feel — constitutes protected trade dress under applicable trademark and unfair competition laws. Rocheston claims exclusive rights over the following visual elements when used individually or in combination in connection with cybersecurity and technology products:
Rocheston Official Color Palette
The following proprietary colors are integral to the Zelfire trade dress and are protected as source identifiers of Rocheston products and services:
The distinctive combination of the Rocheston color palette — particularly the use of Solar Orange (#E86D3A) and Crimson (#E93D6D) gradients on Obsidian (#282828) dark backgrounds with Alabaster (#FBF1C7) text — is a core element of the Zelfire trade dress. Any cybersecurity product, platform, or marketing material that employs a substantially similar color scheme, gradient treatment, or visual aesthetic in a manner likely to cause confusion with Rocheston products is considered an infringement of Rocheston's trade dress rights.
Rocheston's trade dress protections extend to, but are not limited to:
- The Rocheston proprietary color palette, including all nine named colors and their specific hex, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone values
- The signature Solar Orange-to-Crimson gradient used across the Zelfire product family
- The dark-theme UI design language using Obsidian backgrounds with Alabaster typography
- The overall visual appearance, layout, and user experience of Zelfire product dashboards and interfaces
- Product iconography, badge designs, and visual elements associated with the Zelfire and RCCE brands
- Marketing materials, website designs, and promotional content that use the Rocheston visual identity
Rocheston actively monitors the cybersecurity market for trade dress infringement. Any product or service that adopts a visual identity substantially similar to the Zelfire look and feel — including color schemes, gradient patterns, UI layouts, or overall aesthetic — will be subject to legal action for trade dress infringement, unfair competition, and passing off.
Domain Name Rights
Rocheston owns and operates zelfire.com and reserves all rights to domain names incorporating the "Zel" prefix in connection with cybersecurity and technology services. Rocheston will file Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings and/or legal action against any party that registers or uses domain names that infringe upon, dilute, or create confusion with the Zelfire brand or the "Zel" prefix product family.
Licensing and Authorized Use
Use of any Zelfire trademark, the "Zel" prefix, or any associated brand element requires a formal written licensing agreement executed by an authorized officer of Rocheston. No implied license is granted by virtue of any business relationship, partnership, reseller agreement, or other arrangement unless explicitly stated in writing.
Rocheston Certified Cybersecurity Engineer (RCCE) students and certified professionals are granted limited use rights to reference Zelfire products in the context of their training and professional credentials only, as outlined in the RCCE program terms and conditions.
